Hotel Business is a Web application that includes activities related to:
- Reception
- Head of the reception desk,
- Journal,
- The main maid,
- Aperitif Bar,
- Restaurant
The Program has the ability to work online and access data from a remote location through the Internet, and it is built in support to work with the fiscal printer.
In any moment, information about the state of the room (busy, reserved, free) is available, and this condition is presented in a graphical format, which is very straightforward, simple, suitable for staff training and handling.
All basic services are included, such as:
- City Tax,
- Registration of residence,
- Insurance,
- Services,
- The possibility of monitoring the daily and monthly journal,
- Monitoring of groups of guests (e.g. through tourist agencies),
- Frigo Bar (mini bar)
- Washing and ironing,
- Accepting the accounts of external collaborations.
All issued bills are automatically archived and are permanently available to personnel with access to that data. From archived and current data, you can print a large number of reports and statistics needed for the hotel’s business.
Based on the data entered for each room, the room’s free/busy state can be assessed for a specific period in the future.
It is integrated and the ability to print the account in English.
A partial account mechanism enables automatic separation of overnight stays from other services (mini bar, telephone, Internet, etc), as well as manually setting up account items.
There is a possibility of connecting to the CASOM FOR CATERING BUSINESS, allowing waiters to automatically transfer the restaurant’s guest account to the account of the room where the guest is staying.
