The self-service teller of the municipality (Government Digital Booth) is a self-service device and software that automates and facilitates many processes from the municipality’s municipal affairs. Opportunities such as issuing paper documents, issuing RF cards and other financial services (paying taxes, accounts, public transportation, etc.) are perfect for both municipalities and citizens. The project would implement joint co-operation between municipalities, Banks and our company.

  • ECYC (electronic Know your Customer): Biometric identification of clients (Face Recognition – Identification/facial recognition),
  • Payment with coins with return change,

  • Credit/debit card payments via EFT POS,
  • Payment card number (Card not present)

  • Confirmation of residence,
  • Birth certificate,
  • The marriage certificate,

  • Tax payments, etc.
  • City Card – billing, coding and issuing of cards for: – Public transport (1, 3 or 7 days),
  • City Events: Concerts, cinemas, sports and other events – discounts for certain goods and services.
  • Smart accommodation Service – Billing, coding and card issuance for: – Private apartments, – hotels and hostels.
  • Scanning and payment of service bills: – electricity, – water, – heating, – TV, – telecom, etc.
  • Print Documents – Confirm A4 format on different memormines (sheets of paper):-250-page input sheets for type DOKUMENTA1, – 250-sheet sheets for document type 2.
  • Print a certificate of transactions on thermal paper;
  • Phone headphones for the call of helpdesk;
